The references to pages that moved to php/doc-extensions point at ../extensions/<page>.php, and the includes of the removed books are dropped.
The workflow builds the extensions manual and this manual from the pull requests of the block and runs the test of web-php, with LANGUAGE=es.
The entities of language-snippets.ent do not inherit the namespace.
The example comparing prepared statements follows the first example of the chapter on choosing an API, as in doc-en. The only change of doc-en since the translated revision is an English grammar fix.

Same change as php/doc-fr#3696, to show that the move of the extensions is not specific to one language. It removes the 93
reference/<ext>/folders of the extensions moved to php/doc-extensions (php/doc-extensions#12), drops the includes of their books and points 58 links at../extensions/<page>.php. A temporary workflow runs the end-to-end test of the block withLANGUAGE=es.Draft: it is not part of the block and needs php/doc-en#5998 (and php/phd#270, php/doc-extensions#49, php/web-php#2038 for the test).
