What is the point? We don't make any more development on PHP-8.2 branch so there won't be any new PRs. |

@kamil-tekiela We still run CI for PHP 8.2 and 8.3 as the branches gets security updates. |

The change is ok, but I think it's a pointless change. Besides, I don't know how you merge this as PHP-8.2 is now a protected branch.

This PR backport the
mysqli_poll_kill.phpttest change to PHP-8.2 from 7801f40.The Windows runner images have upgraded MySQL from 8.0 to 8.4, and thus removed
COM_PROCESS_KILL, causing this test'smysqli_kill()calls to hang and stall Windows CI.actions/runner-images#14993.
