Adds interactive harness selection plus OMP, Grok, Cursor, and OpenCode integrations. Updates the bundled skills so every coding and review task runs the final changed-function gate.
Depends on pickforge/complexity-gate#12 and its v0.2.0 release.
Checks: bun run check; npm package dry run; OpenCode plugin startup smoke test; OMP plugin dry run; complexity-gate check --changed.
