Remove the 11 gate-corpus pines that copy probes leaving the engine corpus (EN-90)

tests/gate-corpus/ok held 11 sources that are copies of strategy.pine files of
13 probe directories the engine corpus removes (corpus commit fc88179, "corpus:
remove the 13 probe directories that need non-public inputs"). They leave this
repository with them, so the public state changes once.

Nine are byte copies: each file's sha256 is a row of the removal manifest of
that commit (60 files, sha256 ff7e9e1d2cbe0e855dcb7dc8ddd2560ce0dc620d1fd269fa794690a3f6e8c030):

currency=currency.USD declaration in strategy(); the corpus dropped it from
every USDT-quoted probe (corpus commit c7eb6bd). With that one declaration
removed, each file's sha256 equals the manifest row of its probe's strategy.pine.

Nothing else reads these files by name: the gate (gate/run-gate.mjs) and
tests/test_host_member_names.py glob tests/gate-corpus/ok/*.pine,
tests/test_e2e_security_epoch_int64.py and tests/test_input_metadata_receipt.py
walk the directory, and no test pins a file count (255 ok sources remain, 13
err sources are untouched). README.md names the directory in a dated
measurement note; that note is history and is not edited.

This removes files only: no source, test or documentation line changes, no
history rewrite, and no new public claim. The two history fixture directories
(array_history_tv, udt_history_tv) and the other tests/fixtures trade-list
directories are not part of this change.
