Update the canonical scoreboard provenance to the D7 engine baseline dated 2026-10-07. Scores remain 7,983 excellent / 6 strong / 0 below strong out of 7,989 graded probes; all four released scoreboards and historical inventory are preserved.
Validation: committed bytes match the canonical export; public provenance matches its digest-bound receipts; two independent source/data reviews approved the exact commit. Active baseline freshness was rechecked before publication. This facts-only change runs no product measurement.
