HTML reports and interactive prototypes currently open in Annotate mode, so their controls do not receive clicks until the reader switches modes. Add a per-artifact
reviewModedefault and a?mode=annotate|interactoverride. Existing artifacts default to Annotate; the toggle and Escape continue to work. Preserve overrides through navigation and restore them on browser history, while keeping manual choices during delayed loads, refreshes, and version selection.Expose creation through staged HTTP/MCP publication and CLI
publish --review-mode, with an authorized, optimistic, idempotent setter for existing artifacts. Migrate SQLite, PostgreSQL, and D1 metadata and retry snapshots without changing immutable versions or bytes. Default-mode publication digests retain their pre-upgrade format.Validation: full fork CI passed, including Linux correctness, all 39 browser tests, PostgreSQL runtime, coverage, packaging, performance baselines, both Compose configurations, Helm, OIDC, and macOS portability. Local feature tests, all 39 Worker tests, and all 20 PostgreSQL runtime tests also passed. CI used an integration branch containing this feature plus the existing fork changes; this PR contains only review mode.
Closes #85.
