Description
Implementation of the basic concept of escalation in the MoreOptions plugin.
Added a button to the field listing the actors assigned to the ITIL object (Ticket, Change, Problem).
Added a line to the timeline when an escalation is performed.
Note: When the Escalate button is used, the groups previously assigned to the ticket are automatically removed from it.
