The docs and docstrings name claude-sonnet-4-5 as the example Anthropic model, which Anthropic retires on 2026-11-30, and google/gemini-2.5-flash as the Google example. Use claude-sonnet-5-5 and gemini-3.8-flash. pkg-r/man/QueryChat.Rd is updated by hand to match the roxygen comment in R/QueryChat.R. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
