Pull request overview
Removes the merge checklist section from the repository pull request template, leaving the existing “Testing & Reviewing” guidance in place.
Changes:
- Deleted the “Merge checklist” heading and its checklist items from the PR template.
Show a summary per file

Updates our PR template so that it no longer includes the merge checklist. Curious what others think 👀 This is a section that I find myself not really using too often so was curious if others felt the same and if we could remove it
