The second line from PR #12. The squash merge there only carried the first commit, so the auto-recharge line never reached main. This is it on its own, rebased on current main (so it sits under the God Mode line and above the Kubernetes line).
Note: a balance that hits zero does not slow the fleet down, it stops all of it at once mid deploy, and the sysop hears about it from a customer instead of a log. The cap is where the caution goes.
