Repin amap-deploy-sandy eeecad0 → ef93e4f

Proposed by the repin workflow. The offline suite passes at the new pin.

Not checked here, because it needs a live host: bring-up, verify, a delegation, and the tutorial's experiments. Merging this changes what the next siblings --apply puts on a host.
