Puppet 9 publishes no EL7 packages, so the puppetcore9 agent install on Scientific 7 fails with a 404 on puppet9-nightly-release-el-7.noarch.rpm. redhat-7, centos-7 and oraclelinux-7 were already excluded for collection 9; scientific-7 was missed. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
