fix: replace floating reading-time pill with in-sidebar Reading Progress bar on blog posts

Fixes #2150

The blog post page had a floating "X mins remaining" pill fixed to the
bottom-right corner of the viewport (ReadingTimeIndicator). On desktop
widths, this overlapped the right-hand Table of Contents sidebar,
covering part of it while scrolling.
