Upstream onnx 1.23.0 renamed its test directory from onnx/test to a
top-level tests/ (pyproject.toml's own cibuildwheel test-command changed
to `pytest {project}/tests` accordingly), so CIBW_TEST_COMMAND pointing at
{project}/onnx/test failed with "file or directory not found" for both
cp312 and cp314t jobs.
