Bumps rive-ios from 6.26.0 to 6.28.0 (6.27.0 never reached CocoaPods trunk, so this is the first release past 6.26.0 we can consume). Android stays on 11.12.1, still the latest.

6.28.0 fixes Metal drawables being sized through ancestor transforms when nativeScale != scale (Display Zoom, iPhone mini and Plus), in both the legacy and the new runtime (rive-app/rive-ios#463), so RiveViews no longer render squashed under a rotated parent or blank under a scale(0) one. It also fixes hidden paints not refreshing trim-path effects when shown again, and failed view-model property reads emitting bogus values. The only other change is the rive-ios source link in RiveRuntimeLogger.swift, and the Issue393DisplayZoom reproducer page.

Also drops the release-as: 0.5.0 pin from release-please-config.json (added to cut 0.5.0 final); with it in place release-please would keep targeting 0.5.0 instead of releasing this fix as 0.5.1.

Verified locally:

  1. [iOS] RiveView is squashed (or blank) under a rotated/scaled parent with Display Zoom and on iPhone mini/Plus #393 on an iPhone 13 mini simulator (scale 3, nativeScale 2.88), no wrapper changes: control, rotated and scale(0)→1 views all get a 288×427 drawable on both runtimes (previously 193×394 and inf×inf), no render errors.
  2. iOS harness on an iPhone 17 simulator: new runtime 29/29 suites, 209 tests; legacy 29/29, 201 passed + 8 skipped.

Fixes #393

Bumps the pinned iOS runtime from 6.26.0 to 6.28.0, which picks up 6.27.0
as well (6.27.0 itself never reached CocoaPods trunk).

6.28.0 fixes Metal drawables being sized through ancestor transforms on
devices where nativeScale != scale (Display Zoom, iPhone mini and Plus),
which squashed RiveViews under a rotated parent and left them blank under
a zero-scaled one, in both the legacy and the new runtime. It also fixes
hidden paints not refreshing trim-path effects when they become visible,
and failed view-model property reads emitting invalid value callbacks.

Adds the Issue393DisplayZoom reproducer page (control, rotated and
scale(0)→1 cells, plus Remount and Resize).

Fixes #393
