Robot.stop(boolean) now forwards the Classic overwrite flag to Tank Royale's matching IBot.stop(boolean) overload. ROUTE-013 records routing for both boolean values; retired ROUTE-005 remains as a tombstone. CAP-008 design and CHANGELOG.md are updated.

Route
The full-route validator reported 221 issues on the candidate versus 220 on the base, including a stale ROUTE-005 ledger entry. The user reviewed this and explicitly selected the simple override. Commit c48bd5a records the required Cliewen override trailers. The user has authorized integration to main.
