…ation Provide copy-and-rename starters for all four official languages and a JSON-only TwinDuel example. Keep dependencies and generated output outside submitted trees, make smoke behavior explicit, and distinguish official API runtime peers from unrelated libraries. Add copy-and-rename Java, C#, Python and TypeScript starters plus a JSON-only TwinDuel example. This is the implementation companion to Tank Royale PR 286, which records the maintainer-approved tracked dependency clarification and complete acceptance brief.
Each individual starter loads the pinned official API for smoke, has Unix and Windows launchers, and restores dependencies and generated output outside its submitted source tree. TypeScript uses Node 24's native source support and the official API's declared
wsruntime peer with a committed lockfile. C# runs through dotnet without a native app host, including on noexec output storage. The validator checks TypeScript manifests, lock consistency, the approved runtime peer, official registry resolutions and generated dependency directories. CI prepares all four runtimes and exercises renamed submissions through the real validator and catalog generation. Instructions cover executable bits, smoke versus battle evidence and version updates. No catalog or owner entry is added here.

Independent external suite: 27 tests with two platform/opt-in skips; runtime smoke/battles were not independently repeated. Both PRs start from accepted main. Human merges of both are needed before following the published workflow. M-022 remains unfinished until a real first-bot and subsequent version-update submission reach merged catalog entries; fixture tests do not replace that live evidence. Existing server-connected smoke/public-opening gates remain separate.
Use Create a merge commit for the cross-repository tracked change. The agent will not merge. Branch enforcement was previously observed absent and deferred; human integration is still required. Full evidence and remaining limits are in the durable verification analysis.
