Why: the VS 2026 batch is merged; StarSteer now moves every package pin to builds made from the packages' release branches instead of the task-branch builds used during the migration. Boost depends on python, which was rebuilt from its release branch.
Changed: rogii/environment_windows.cmake: python 3.12.14 build 50 → build 54
sdk26100_vsbt18(Jenkins CPython-any-branch boostorg#54 fromrogii-v3.12.1404e87357, which carries rogii-com/cpython#60 — pinned host Python and a build that fails when build.bat fails). The package has the same 1600 files as build 50, all headers identical, and was built with MSVC 14.51. No code changes.Next: after merge Boost is rebuilt from
dev-rogii-1.91-py3.12and that build goes to geopds and StarSteer.Merge: merge commit, no squash.
