Closing in favor of the focused replacement: #1905. The changes have been reorganized to keep each feature easier to review and limit changes to shared infrastructure. Prerequisite-dependent replacements are drafts and explain which earlier changes are included. The original discussion remains here for reference. |

I added optional three- or four-finger gestures for the window under the cursor. You can choose the finger count and bind each direction to a window action, including Minimize.
The feature is off by default. Conflicting macOS gestures pause capture, and normal two-finger scrolling passes through. It reads the macOS gesture settings without changing them.
Contact capture uses the private MultitouchSupport framework, loaded at runtime. Window actions go through the existing placement path.
Depends on #1886. The diff currently includes prerequisite changes.
