Summary

  • The build hard-coded --name gomod-go-version-updater while the upload step expects dist/<pyinstaller-binary-name>, so releases failed for any other name.
  • Adds pyinstaller-entrypoint (default main.py, so existing users see no change).
  • Inputs reach the shell through env:, not ${{ }} inside run:.

Touches the same line as #48; whichever merges second needs a trivial rebase.

Test plan

  • Tag build of a consumer repo with pyinstaller-binary-name set attaches the binary

Part of the stack for the Livedash feedback (uv support). Merge in order.

The build hard-coded --name gomod-go-version-updater while the upload
step expects dist/<pyinstaller-binary-name>, so releases failed for any
other name. Also add a pyinstaller-entrypoint input (default main.py).
