是不是太过于复杂了，新功能和版本、浏览器没关系的，除非用户一开始就搞错了，应该是要提bug 而且复杂的模板，有点打击反馈积极性 现有的模板我也想都再简化/减少一点 |

例如 #1590 这样的功能请求，仅凭描述无法判断是缺少功能、特定浏览器问题、旧版本 Bug，还是已经修复的问题。
由于模板没有收集环境信息，维护者无法判断是否需要先复现 Bug，还是应该作为功能请求处理。
效果
后续功能请求将提供足够的环境信息和上下文，方便维护者更准确地区分功能请求与 Bug，减少误分类和来回沟通成本。
