Refactor [WIP]: Removed the spatial folder from scvi-tutorials in v1.6

Formatting

• My tutorial has only one top-level (#) header

Reproducibility

• My tutorial works on Google Colab
• My tutorial sets scvi.settings.seed = 0 at the beginning of the notebook
• My tutorial has been run and includes outputs (e.g. plots, tables)

Other

• Counts and normalized data should co-exist in the datasets, see the API overview for an example
• For scRNA-seq data, normalization should be counts per median library size and then log1p transformed -- if not, a reason should be given

Update links to deleted spatial tutorials

Deleting this page leaves the preprocessing tutorial pointing at pages that this repo no longer generates: use_cases/preprocessing.ipynb cell 72 still links to .../spatial/DestVI_tutorial.html and five other deleted spatial tutorial pages. Once this version becomes the stable docs, readers following those links from the preprocessing tutorial will hit 404s, so please update/remove that link block or keep redirect/stub pages for the removed tutorials.
