NeuralAmpModelerCore v0.5.3 -> v0.5.4, which bumps its own Eigen to 5.0.1. The plugin compiles Core against the top-level eigen submodule, so bump that to 5.0.1 as well to stay consistent. Verified: macOS APP, VST3, and AU targets build clean (Debug) against Core 0.5.4 + Eigen 5.0.1.

Bumps NeuralAmpModelerCore v0.5.3 → v0.5.4, which bumps its own Eigen to 5.0.1 (sdatkinson/NeuralAmpModelerCore#264). The plugin compiles Core against the top-level
eigensubmodule, so that is bumped to 5.0.1 too for consistency.Verified locally: macOS APP, VST3, and AU build clean against Core 0.5.4 + Eigen 5.0.1.
