Adds initial documentation for deploying simplyblock on Rancher-managed Kubernetes clusters (RKE2/K3s) and updates the compatibility matrices accordingly.
Changes:
- Adds a new “SUSE Rancher and RKE2” Kubernetes deployment guide covering prerequisites and CIS-hardened (PSA) permission requirements.
- Updates supported Linux distribution guidance to distinguish plain-Linux vs Kubernetes deployments and adds SUSE OSes to the Kubernetes worker-node matrix.
- Expands Kubernetes software requirements to include RKE2 and SUSE Rancher, and links the new platform-specific doc from the Kubernetes deployments index.
