Summary
Show an error toast when extraction, folder setup, or an individual JSON/ZIP workflow import fails. Keep importing other workflows after an individual failure. Use stable mutation functions in the import callbacks.

Reviewed the outer failure path and both per-workflow catches. App type check, repository lint, and the cleanup review pass. No new automated tests for this UI feedback change.
