Soul Harvester

• Changed talents to use Withering Bolt
• Changed Omnium Folio talents to use Vers
• Changed default flask and potion to Crit and Liquid Luster
• Changed best trinkets
• Changed best weapon enchant to Rite of the Hash'ey

Hellcaller

• Changed Omnium Folio talents
• Changed default potion to Liquid Luster
• Changed best trinkets
• Changed best weapon enchant to Rite of the Hash'ey

Affliction APL updates

• Added a new variable malevolence_from_cast that isn't currently used but might come handy when doing more work later. It detects when the current active Malevolence buff was a result from casting it and not the proc.

• Changed Agony cutoff to be up to 12 targets
• Changed SoC cutoff to be 3+ targets with StS and 6+ targets without
