The flattened links and examples IMHO are big improvements for surfacing different techniques as... different! The follow up sounds promising but no blockers to changes current 📠

Summary
This PR flattens and reorganizes the docs. Most of "addtional configurations" remain but next steps would be spreading that out into the techniques pages
