While reading this document I noticed minor errors with the tables below Response::withFileDownload and Response::withFile and decided to fix these. While editing markdownlinter had some more tidbits that I changed, also left a few that didn't make much sense to fix or changed the look of things too much (Dollar signs used before commands without showing output, Heading levels should only increment by one level at a time (I assume the jump from h2 to h4 is on purpose))
