Adopt Rust acronym casing through
socketry-project0.3.9 in the private Bake package.Raise the development dependency's minimum and refresh its locked version so agent-context installation supplies the new shared naming rule. The convention treats acronyms as single words in type and trait names, using
HtmlRenderer,HttpClient,UrlParser, andFileIo.
