This updates Bake Rust to Bake Test 0.3.0 and enforces complete source-region coverage on Ubuntu and Windows.
The launcher and task crates contain platform-specific paths, so the test workflow measures coverage on both operating systems. Windows coverage runs the test suite itself, eliminating the duplicate plain
cargo teststep. Since the launcher preserves full child exit codes withstd::process::exit, the coverage build now writes LLVM profile data immediately before that exit so its subprocess tests count in the Windows report.The change refreshes the installed project guidance and adds tests for previously uncovered launcher, formatting, and filesystem behavior.
