Release
bakev0.19.1 with the current Socketry project conventions.Adopt
socketry-project >=0.3.7in the private Bake package and resolve the lockfile to 0.3.7 with one shared Bake registry. Add the stabletest-resultgate, refresh agent context guidance and dependency examples, and let the shared version hook normalize the standard Markdown and public context files. Repository rulesets now require publishing checks and the aggregate test and coverage result.Replace the obsolete generated root agent index with repository-owned instructions and stop tracking dependency-installed skills.
