Add independent adversarial review to the shared pull-request guidance, with local iteration until all non-trivial issues are resolved before opening a PR. Release the guidance in
socketry-project0.3.10.The reviewer receives the user's intent, repository guidance, diff, and exact commit, challenges assumptions, and confirms the final revision after substantive findings are resolved. Review depth follows the change's complexity and risk, and subsequent changes receive another focused review. Conventions and release preparation link to the installed skill by name and its canonical source so the references remain usable after installation.
The release also includes the previously merged clarification that the private Bake package uses the workspace's root lockfile.
