Add 100% source-region coverage on Linux, macOS, and Windows using Bake Test 0.3.0 and its shared
test:coveragetask. The coverage configuration keeps the default native backend and enables Tokio, matching the feature combination exercised by the cross-platform test matrix. The separate Linuxio_uringjob continues to test and lint that backend.Add deterministic tests for cancellation between Tokio task registration and spawn, worker retry and empty-search outcomes, and a Tokio socket write that waits for a full send buffer to drain.
