Remove timing assumptions from executor tests that could make CI fail intermittently.
The native I/O shutdown test now remains pending after registering its read, so scheduler shutdown observes task cancellation instead of racing a second read. The detached-task test now uses a pending future and explicitly cancels it after dropping the join handle, avoiding a race where a ready task finished before the assertion.
