WsolaScheduleJoinLatencyTest.cpp: prepare two buffers, b1 and b2, each of length x and filled with 'ones'. Put them to a graph and render it, they pass through WSOLA. If b2 scheduled correctly (b2.start(128/(sr * playbackRate) + L), the output buffer shall contain a continuous sequence of 'ones' of length 2x. Find the optimal L to schedule it.Introduced changes
