### Renames the merge meets

Git carries upstream's own files through each rename. The fork's files
that name an old path do not follow, so edit them in the merge:

`tests/fork_checks.py` and `tests/fork_dispositions.py` stay where they
are: the smoke and conformance runners import them from `tests/`.
