Raises data/data-quality from 84.2 to 100.0 by turning three explanatory paragraphs into rules.

Section (ID kept) Before After
Explicit absence One 99-word paragraph Three rules: mark absence; which artifacts it covers; why an invented value is a defect
Data research workflow 50-word lead-in naming two sections that no longer exist One-sentence lead-in
Source-conflict, full-record audit Statements and a two-sentence bullet Imperative rules, one sentence each
Agent-assisted ground truth Lead-in paragraph, list, closing paragraph Short lead-in and four rules; the closing reason joins the last rule
Score Before After
data-quality 84.2 100.0

Checks

  • Smoke 35/35; conformance 12 passed, 0 failed, 1 not applicable; readings read
  • Fork sync, redundancy audit, score ratchet, markdownlint, pre-commit hooks

No CHANGELOG entry: the rules are unchanged in meaning.

… lists

Three explanatory paragraphs become rules with their reasons inline;
every MUST, SHOULD and MAY and every section ID stays. A bracketed
section ID in prose becomes the section's name.
