Raises backend/microservices from 93.5 to 100.0: its rules were statements ("A service owns its domain", "The gateway handles…") rather than instructions.

Section Change
When to use Valid and invalid reasons → "Extract for…", "Never extract because…"
Service boundaries Shared-database MUST NOT and shared-library MUST kept, as instructions
Communication, Data Bold pattern labels → instructions; CAP reason kept
Distributed transactions Saga kinds shortened; compensating-action MUST kept
Gateway, Discovery "The gateway handles" → what to do at the gateway; health-check MUST kept
Contracts, Compatibility, Observability Contract MUST NOT, schema-registry SHOULD and traceparent MUST kept

Checks

  • Smoke 35/35; conformance 12 passed, 0 failed, 1 not applicable; readings read
  • Fork sync, redundancy audit, score ratchet, markdownlint, pre-commit hooks

No CHANGELOG entry: the rules are unchanged in meaning.

Statements and bold-labelled patterns become instructions; long rules
lose their trailing explanations. Every MUST, MUST NOT and SHOULD stays.
