Raises frontend/ux from 94.3 to 99.8: half its bullets were labels or noun phrases ("Mobile-first — …", "Target standard: WCAG 2.1 AA").

Section Change
UX principles Labels → instructions ("Design for small screens first…")
Accessibility Noun phrases → instructions; both MUSTs kept; the two aria-label rules merged
Accessibility testing Lead-in shortened; bold tool and check labels → instructions
Design system, Browser support Statements → instructions; MUST and SHOULD kept; frontend-ux-browsers ID kept

Checks

  • Smoke 35/35; conformance 12 passed, 0 failed, 1 not applicable; readings read
  • Fork sync, redundancy audit, score ratchet, markdownlint, pre-commit hooks

No CHANGELOG entry: the rules are unchanged in meaning.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Principles written as labels, accessibility requirements written as
noun phrases and the testing tools listed in bold become instructions.
Every MUST and the SHOULD stay; the done checklist is unchanged.
