Bumps the Solid 2.0 packages from 2.0.0-rc.14 to 2.0.0-rc.16:

• solid-js, @solidjs/web and @solidjs/signals in the catalog, the peer catalog and minimumReleaseAgeExclude in pnpm-workspace.yaml
• @solidjs/vite-plugin from 3.0.0-next.49 to 3.0.0-next.50
• pnpm-lock.yaml, regenerated

No source changes.

Testing

pnpm test passes on rc.16: client 148 files / 2285 tests, SSR 80 files / 317 tests (4 todo).

Notes

• The "hydrates primitive output and its following sibling" tests in event-listener, media, resize-observer, static-store and utils fail if dist is stale. The hydration harness renders the server half from dist and hydrates the client half from src, so the two run different code and the hydration keys misalign. Rebuild with pnpm -w build after pulling src changes. This is not caused by the bump.
• babel-preset-solid is still at 2.0.0-rc.2.
• I did not run a typecheck or lint.
