- Remove unused imports: sbtdocker.DockerfileBase, scala.util.control.NoStackTrace - Remove crossScalaVersions (same as scalaVersion, no cross-build) - Remove scalafixCaching := true (default since sbt-scalafix 0.10) - Remove duplicate scalaVersion in gradlePlugin (inherited from inThisBuild)
semanticdb-kotlinc previously pinned its own protobuf-java codegen to 3.17.3 while the rest of scip-java used 3.15.6 for codegen and 3.17.3 for protoc. Collapse the three knobs into a single V.protobuf and bump to 4.32.1.
