The CLI page only showed how to install on macOS and Linux, and mentioned Windows only in passing.

  • Splits the installation section by operating system: macOS, Linux, Windows, and Other Ways (container image, GitHub Actions, Go), like the CLI README.
  • Each OS links its own archives of the latest release (amd64/x86-64 and arm64, with Apple silicon/Intel and x64/Arm spelled out). No unzip instructions; on Windows the binary is steadybit.exe.
  • Adds the .deb and .rpm packages to the Linux section, including the arm64 ones.

Same change in the CLI README: steadybit/cli#92. docs_lint.py passes locally (0 errors, 0 warnings).

The installation section only covered macOS and Linux. Link the archive of
every platform from the latest release, and mention the .deb and .rpm
packages.
macOS, Linux, and Windows each get their own section with their downloads
and packages, like the CLI README.
