Add the Zenodo concept DOI to the citation metadata. - #8

Zenodo archived v0.1.0. The concept DOI, 10.5281/zenodo.23484609, goes under `identifiers` in `CITATION.cff`, in a DOI badge in the README, and in the citation sections of the README and documentation, which now explain the concept DOI and the version DOIs and give it in the BibTeX entry. The follow-up to the citation section added in #5. Zenodo archived v0.1.0 and created the DOIs:
The concept DOI never changes, so this is the last citation change the repo needs. Future releases get their own version DOIs on Zenodo automatically.

CITATION.cff: the concept DOI goes underidentifiers, not the top-leveldoifield, so Zenodo can't mistake it for the DOI of a new release.cffconvertincludes it in the BibTeX it exports.doifield.Testing
