Add meta descriptions to the next 25 organic landing pages - #2558

* Retitle blueprints for search and add meta descriptions
30 of the 37 blueprints had no meta description, so Google wrote its own
snippet, and many titles were internal names ("Rollback Guide",
"Resilient apps use multiple Machines") rather than what people search.
Over the last 90 days the blueprints drew ~262k impressions but under
1% CTR, with several pages ranking top 10 at 0.1-0.3% CTR.
Titles now lead with the searched term (HIPAA, zero-downtime deployments,
sticky sessions, staging environment, work queues, n-tier architecture,
roll back a deploy). sidebarTitle keeps the existing nav labels.
The six blueprints already covered by #2557 and #2558 are left alone.

* Adjust blueprint titles after review
Drop "on Fly.io" (Mintlify already appends " - Fly.io"), soften the
HIPAA title, broaden the autoscale title, keep the original
long-running tasks title, and match the blueprints index to the new
titles.
* Drop sidebarTitle so the sidebar matches the new titles

getting-started/launchdescription matches the new intro in #2547. Skipshiring/index(being rewritten, superfly/docs-tracking#360) andsupabase/index(noindexed in #2556).Merge after #2551 so the descriptions don't show as subtitles.
