@jbellerb Structurally clean: same 31 paths and 44 operations, no schema changes.

No argument on dropping the provider enum, same call as #258.
One thing: the catalog lists display names, not key values, and slack_bot, s3_object_store,
custom_api and sprites_admin aren't on it at all, so those four end up nowhere
in the docs. Since the spec is generated, does the enum go stale the way the
hand-written table did?

Can notes get an item schema? With bare items: {type: object} Mintlify
renders an opaque object, so title and body won't show.
