Summary

  • Change sources.json control to inject swift-docc-plugin into SwiftPM to build docs
    Removed upstream with commit 368014f8b, breaking the doc builds for main

note: builds are still failing, but showing an upstream crash with the swiftlang/swift:nightly toolchain images - there's a crash in libFoundationXML with DocC when building the swiftpm content. I'm merging this to be able to get to diagnose that underlying issue more directly.
