chore(release): sdk 3.0.0, ui 1.0.0, temporal 0.2.0

Versions @workflowbuilder/sdk 3.0.0, @workflowbuilder/ui 1.0.0 (first publish) and @workflowbuilder/temporal 0.2.0 through pnpm release:version sdk ui temporal. The bump lands on main first. release gets it through a main → release PR right after this one merges, and the tags go on that merge.

What changes

• Version bumps in the three package.json files.
• All 35 pending changesets consumed: 33 for the SDK, one each for UI and Temporal.
• packages/sdk/CHANGELOG.md: the generated section rewritten into Keep a Changelog form. Entries that need action when upgrading from 2.3.0 are marked Breaking and carry their migration steps. The section opens with a pointer to the 3.0 upgrade guide.
• packages/ui/CHANGELOG.md: the generated one-line 1.0.0 block folded into the hand-written [1.0.0] section, now dated. The sentence describing the file itself is gone, since the section becomes the GitHub Release body.
• packages/temporal/CHANGELOG.md: the 0.2.0 section in Keep a Changelog form.
• Replay histories: every scenario recorded under 0.2.0, including the first published recording of the parked path. v0-parked-decision.json is deleted now that 0.2.0-parked-decision.json replays. The 0.1.0 recordings are untouched.

For the reviewer

• Nothing else under packages/ changes, and no other package.json is bumped.
• The upgrade guide link in the SDK section returns 404 until the docs site is deployed from release, after the packages are on npm.
• packages/temporal/test/replay/README.md and packages/RELEASE.md still describe v0-parked-decision.json as present. They are updated in a follow-up, together with the "not on npm yet" wording for UI.
