Who is affected
A candidate in the REACTO Example step. Jim asks for an ordinary and a boundary case, but the Problem tab already shows one or two existing examples, so the step can be passed by reading them aloud.
I think hiding them would make the session more realistic and a better test of understanding.
Desired outcome
Before the interview, the candidate can choose to start without the existing examples.
Present workaround
None.
Scope
The example blocks on the interview page and what Jim is told about them. Not the lobby, the problem bank or the judges.
Acceptance criteria
- A preflight choice, remembered between visits, hides the example blocks; the brief stays.
- Without the choice, the page is unchanged.
- With examples hidden, Jim is not told they are on screen, so he does not point the candidate at them.
Related: #38 replaced the published examples with unpublished judge cases; this goes one step further and lets the candidate hide them.
