Summary
In the Workgroup database we can get the view index to identify the order they appear in a Workbook. This is useful to preserve this when exporting as images, powerpoint, etc.

The view index is also available under the metadata API. Could fetch it from there if the REST API does not expose it.

It might still be nice to expose it directly in the REST API, since the metadata API is not part of the core features.
