Create/Update site missing support for newer settings #973
Description
The server side API does not appear to support interacting with the following settings:
- Schedule linked tasks
- Mobile offline favorites
- Flow web authoring enable/disable
- Mobile app lock
- Tag limit
- Cross database join toggle
- Toggle personal space
- Personal space storage limits
